Gilna Opticians has been “keeping a close eye on its clientele” on Thomas St, within the heart of the liberties since 1951.
Initially a family run business, it was Taken over in 2004 by friends, Terence & Kevin. Neither have looked back since.
We quickly expanded in 2006, opening our second practice in the IFSC, Dublin 1, and more recently in December 2020 our newest Store on Vernon Avenue in Clontarf.

We provide all types of eyecare and eye examinations.
If you qualify for free eye examinations on PRSI or medical card, simply provide us with your details and we’ll look after the rest.
